Bounty is a family friendly housing cooperative

that offers the following:

 

  • 2 & 3 bedroom suites and townhouses

  • 1 bedroom Accessible suites (for those with physical disability)

  • Secured underground parking

  • Dishwashers

  • In-suite washer & dryer hookups 

  • Gas fireplaces 

  • Ample closet/storage/locker facilities

  • Common room with full facilities for private functions

  • Coin-operated laundry on premises

  • Pets allowed (some restrictions apply)​

 

The required share purchase is $2500

 

Bounty is comprised of the following housing units:

  • 38 - Two bedroom suites                          $1,362

  • 22 - Three bedroom suites                       $1,516

  •   2 - Two bedroom townhouses                $1,447

  •   4 - Three bedroom townhouses             $1,570

Located in Burnaby's Edmonds 'City in the Park', we are adjacent to the BC Parkway Trail and surrounded by three public parks:

Byrne Creek Ravine Park which features many kilometers of walking paths and nature trails;

​

Ron Mclean Park  which features a baseball diamond, tennis courts, playground & outdoor swimming pool; 

​

Taylor Park which features a walking track, basketball court, ball hockey court, playgrounds, soccer field, bmx bike course, picnic tables, flower gardens and a separate off-leash dog park!

There is a small specialty food store nearby called Kim's Mart.
